After the dwellings built in the Homero Street and prior to the street San Ramón Nonat, and with the same materials, this building rise in the district of Sarria. The narrow plot advised a single apartment by plant, with the staircase in façade, to not having the obligation of having to create patios. This makes that the kitchen ceded its natural position and pass behind, connected or not the dining room, through a door foldable. The bedrooms are located thru the courtyard with views over a block-patio (the terrace of the ground floor). The building was acquired by the same family. Avoiding that once finished the building the owners of the last floor rested on the typical hedge plant that “uglier” the façades (everybody wants to see, but its better if no-one see us), that made us lift up to an unusual height the sills (the maximum permitted in Ordinances).
