Restricted competition between 4 teams whose objective is to introduce improvements in the common areas of the building that make a possible tenant who wants to settle in the area have no doubts in their choice. For that, we propose to move the crosswalk and place it in front of the ramp… The possibility that the whole vestibule becomes whole access by disassembling the cube of the double door and making a full-width double door, expanding the visual… Grouping the facilities next to the staircase, open the staircase to the vestibule (it is not necessary to be sectored, having the other stairs protected behind), remove the access tourniquets if the property does not consider them indispensable, and looking for a technological environment… Lockers for backpacks/bike parking inside the lobby (so the shower per floor make more sense). For materials, we focus on recycled wood, printed concrete (letters in the formwork) or, perhaps, vinyl or PVC of last generation that can be print it. We proposed, as optional, to make a wood cover to the doors of the ET or, if there are problems, paint them or cover them with a vinyl that masks them and we also propose to relocate the ground floor offices to another on the superior levels so it will be able to locate a coffee shop in the corner. Both, this building and the one in the Enric Granados Street, the facilities will comply with eco-efficiency measures… All the lighting will be LED system instead of the current compact PL, the taps will be timed, they will have aerators to reduce the consumption of water, etc…
