This house with a simple, yet powerful volume was built to replace a pre-existing single-floor house of standard regional architecture located on a curved plot atop a promontory overlooking the sea. The house, located in the highest part of the parcel, enjoys a spectacular view from each floor. Living room and dining area open out to the front garden, an Aleppo pine grove, while the service area faces the rear where the entrance is also located, protected out of sight. The two en-suite bedrooms are on the second floor. The garage is situated in a separate unit at the lower end of the plot.
