The project, other competition lost, develops in an plot that front to two streets; based on two buildings compact and close, formed each in a pair paths bars. The buildings have the communication core in the centre of the patios that are generated, and those who are opened the services, leaving bedrooms and rooms in the respective sides exterior. By necessity of the programme arises a fifth bar that favours a dual reading of the proposal, both as bar code, such as succession of places and passages (always, but in this case, the quality of public space that is generated seemed to us essential). While the urban façade, next to the building of the City with its clock, bet on a total abstraction, the other hand, open to a beautiful valley, bet by a twin skin to which are opened even the bathrooms, generating a dual circulation inside the apartments. Perhaps, the new radical typology of the floor-plant, finally frighten the jury.
