This first project in Caldas Novas (Brazil), around a complex of thermal water, seeks to grow in height, making a forest of palm trees, a “rain forest” that the cover all around the ground floor and develop the rest of the project at the top (the tree that does not stop seeing the forest). The towers can be generated with semi-private and public spaces, compensating the narrowness of the apartments, imposed on in the briefing. We were also imposed the model plant octagonal (we wanted to refer to Khan or more intelligent use of geometry … and how to break it). No one likes a short one and without neck, that one thing is the “condominium dated” and another thing is build small windows in a country that invites live outside. How the promotion misrepresented things and how to interpret the idiosyncrasies of the country, the towers were dancing “sambaâ€, and then stayed dancing alone…
