Set of two blocks of 27 apartments, on a rectangular block of 80x 40m each. closes on its south side with individual apartments, according to requirements of legislation. The floor plant is an attempt at how to combine, with the fewest stairs possible, big apartments L-shaped embracing the smaller, generating that all the rooms were facing the sea and the best natural lighting. The greatest difficulty came from combining the lower floors (in which a large circulation organizes the lobbies) with standard floors and attics, behind the facade plane compliance. The facade is solved by white brick block, unifying the windows with aluminium composite panels that displaced between itself, dissolve the corners and allows a richer reading, almost moving. The work is an attempt to combine a construction and a real state business (necessarily neutral, not knowing the end customer that will buy the product) without giving a range of architectural values.
