Last summer we won the competition to do the interior design of the old Roche headquarters that are being moved to their brand-new building in Sant Cugat, within the same campus. With the idea of grouping work teams in neighbourhood, enhancing diagonal views, favouring collaborative spaces, fostering encounters of very different types and introducing bio philia, our intervention is a compendium of where the contemporary office world is heading.
Contest won to build a Tiers-lieu in Alenyà (Sud Roussillon), along with our partners C + D, a multipurpose facility in an agricultural building from the XIXth century that raises offices, steps forming a small theater, informal meeting places, even for resting, between the thick wooden beams.
The works at MAGIC are progressing... The client asked us for a building where flexibility prevails (that is the reason why it has only half a dozen pillars for 5 floors of 700 m2 and none on the last one) and where light was the protagonist (that is the reason for those bites that appear on the various facades). We attached some photos of the construction process. With the building already closed, the interior design by the Elastiko team begins. End of works expected at the end of February.
We have just finished the first phase of the works on the Food Court located on the Hotel Me’s new ground floor, at the crossing of Paseo de Gracia and Casp St. The premises are expected to host 12 diverse tasting stalls and a maximum of 2 restaurants in the first basement. In commercialization process.

This jury follows my participation in the Jury of the Latvian National Awards 2020, with Brigita Bula, winner of the Prize the previous year, and in Estonia 2021 (Under 40), in...
After winning the National Prize for social housing in France almost 30 years ago, building the CERN headquarters on the French side, next to Geneva, and having done another half a dozen works, we have reporpused a branch of the study to develop projects in France... The Font Romeu complex and the new Brasserie de Cap d'Ona (see the videos on our website) were the first topics. The eco-quartiers of Bourg Madame and Banyuls, the reform of the public spaces of the Port of St Cyprien, or the Media Library to be installed in the Caves Bartisssol of Banyuls sur Mer, are the latest projects....
Project to renovate an old domestic building and transform it into the facilities and meeting rooms building of the Communauté de Communes du Sud Roussillon in St Cyprien. The project benefits from a series economical stimulus from the French government in energy renovation programs. The idea is to extend one of the gabled roofs to create a double space that removes the domestic air from the old construction, allowing light to reach the foyer and the various meeting places.
