Renovation of a Penthouse at Vallvidriera for a young single woman. Our initial proposal was to create a single space (access, kitchen, dining room and living room) that was divided from the rooms on both sides by sliding doors. This allowed everything to be understood as a single open space on the terrace, increasing spatial perception. Given the owner’s refusal to lose the intimacy that the rooms provide, some walls were lined with ancient brick and the doors were framed with corten steel to give the whole a loft touch.
