Single-story house with basement (used as a garage, machine room and multipurpose room) on a sloping plot of land with sea views. The house, with a Miesian appearance and an apparent metal structure, is articulated in a tripartite manner with two wings located on both sides of a totally transparent space with the use of a living-dining room that incorporates the access, guest toilet and kitchen. One for the master bedroom and study of the couple that can occasionally serve as a guest bedroom and the other one for the two daughters.
