A degraded neighborhood around the old church, in the center of the city. Studying how to divert circulation should allow us to make a good part of the center pedestrian. Creating a Thier-lieu (a multipurpose facility) next to the church and, in continuity with its sloping roofs, a facility that would allow the weekly market to be held -outdoors and under cover- with a library, and a multipurpose office. We need to get the money to finance the project through a ZAC of houses in a row and development from the private sector. Houses that by volumetry and materiality would be integrated into the urban grid, as if they had always been there.
