Dwelling in Sant Ramón Nonat

A series of buildings that share solutions based in a normal refractory brick façade, aluminium trim bland, and dark bronze.

This building is a part of a series that began in Homero Street and continued with the building at the Osi Street, sharing them with solutions based in a normal refractory brick façade, aluminium trim bland and dark bronze. In this case, part of the balconies becomes rostrum to expand the single apartment-plant that has the building. The hall and suites-bedrooms towards the street, while kitchen and other rooms overlook a courtyard that the building itself generates, to meet the requirements of the regulations. Built for the same family, replacing the former home of the parents who stay in the ground floor apartment, each floor is occupied by a member of the family, the reason why the elevator falls directly to the apartments, without a prior lobby, as Coderch did in that houses at Johann Sebastian Bach Street in Barcelona.
