Fair in Istanbul

Our leitmotiv… a tulip.

Given the crisis that hit our area we have grouped with 4 other offices of Barcelona, we named GAB (Group Architects of Barcelona) to collectively, try to do in other countries (I never liked the word abroad) projects that we can’t do here. You can’t fish where there are no fish. Result of the experience of one of the members of the group (M1441 was the team that made the expansion of the Barcelona trade show) have been invited to present the project to expand the Fair of Istanbul with the addition of a new Congress and a garden with plants from five continents, as from all five continents comes the products to the Trade Fair. The project is based on the use of the tulip as a leitmotiv, a flower whose fame takes the Netherlands, but it is originating in Turkey (just see the iconography of the Sultans of the time).
