Hotel in Lleida

A set of fingers that raise in the landscape to create a new viewing deck.

Together with the project of the new shopping center on the Lleida Station that we are developing, we raised the possibility of building a new hotel. Since the Commercial Center is resolved based on fingers in the landscape that make up a viewing deck, two of those fingers raise to configure the two towers of the hotel. The facades would have the same stone finish as the pavement of the square. The towers have a common base of services (restaurants, convention hall and workplaces) and each one has its own vertical communication nucleus and uses that of the neighboring tower as an emergency exit. On top of the highest, a viewpoint bar stands as a privileged place to see the city from the air.
