We had the opportunity of redoing a pent-house that we already did 20 years ago. The new owners want a look more contemporary, in keeping with the new times, visually appropriate the magnificent terrace, eliminate walls and make the living room, dining room and kitchen as a single space. Also, opening behind, the second room becomes an office that opens and closes through sliding doors and allows the light of the street and that of an interior patio to be seen from the living room, in which to place the staircase that leads to the roof terrace, for private use. The floor gains diagonal views, light and comfort as soon as we thermally and acoustically insulate floors, walls and ceilings.
