A daughter returning home after several years abroad makes the family, the owners of the property, to convert the old warehouse into an apartment. Changing the land use license in Barcelona is not an easy task (the challenge was to change the use from parking and storage to residential), but we already had experience with a similar project in the same district.

So, we delegated all the legal aspects and dedicated ourselves to the task of acting as architects, in this case with interventions in the interior spaces. The result is a living-dining room at the front overlooking the garden (the old access door became a window and access) and two rooms at the back, one for her and a second as a study for an occasional guest.
