Refurbishment in Gran Vía

The work combines the atmosphere of 1900 with modern comforts.

Proposing the interior design of a flat, in a building with so much carácter, implies an exercise of respecting the pre-exisitence, if there are rugs, use plain colours to highlight the Nolla floors, choose neutral furniture that everyone would like, as it is not a request for a define client. It is not of the interest to spend a lot of money. So, with this considerations, we took the Project…. an open space for the living room, dining room and kitchen… the master bedroom suite, the gallery… some furniture are chosen pieces (BKF and Eames chair, Santa Cole lamps, always unique), the rest of them design in conjunction, some parts are originals designs by our studio. The lightning by Ca2l, and paintings by Fernando Alday and Cuca finished setting up the intervention.
