Facing with the regulatory impossibility of making hotels and residences in Barcelona, the bordering cities benefit from it… the promoter intends to rehabilitate the first floor of Torres symbol (three towers with four premises by towers, of which he has 9 of the doces) with use of a university residence. The Residence will have 43 rooms (the use of individual rooms is enhanced, preferably with private bathroom) and common areas with reception, visiting room, kitchen (to heat the c dishes, after the refusal of the neighbours to let us put a chimney to design a proper kitchen), dining room, games rooms, television, home-cinema, library, parking bikes and storage rooms, laundry etc.
