NICK Gym Renovation

A new image with a comprehensive renovation of all the complex.

The gymnasium facility NICK has been constructed, step by step, during more than 20 years. Recently, the landlords have bought a Modernist house next lot and with the pretension of integrating new services and facilities propose a comprehensive renovation of all the complex and change of image.

The most important interventions are to create a new water center facilities in the second underground with the legal possibilities opened with the new CTE (construction rules), and a reorganization of volumes (we will have to demolish part of the existing buildings to construct a 3 meters wide screen that will become the new façade of the building to the street.
